I shall finally answer that question. Well, sort of. Because if anyone had a lot of money, there's still too much things wanted, too little money. (for most)
But I think at least craving for things that you could buy if you had the money should be alright right? lol.
If I have
I will buy a
a pair of
a hot red
and alot more.
& I totally agree that you would cherish something that you bought using either the money you saved over months, or the money that you worked for, even for that minimal amount everyday, rather than something bought which comes easy or simply on impulse.
Finally when you're busy on other stuff like school, work or projects, the craving/want gradually subsides. By then, there may be reviews on the item you initially wanted, for example handphone models, criticising on the functions of it, and you may actually be glad that you didn't buy it then. Reflecting on any other types of materialistic wants, it's always better to think through reasons of puchase.
Actually even after typing these, it's difficult to stick to that supposed mindset to prevent oneself from becoming materialistic.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
